• Enables patients to search for doctors through a Public Search Portal
• Facilitates appointment booking between patients and practitioners
• Provides Clinic Management Software (CMS) to practitioners
• Enables EMR management, prescriptions, billing, and patient records
• Sends appointment notifications via WhatsApp and other communication channels

A. Information Collected from Patients

• Full name, phone number, email address
• Age and gender
• Appointment details
• Medical history shared voluntarily
• Prescription details
• Billing information
• Device information (IP address, browser type, etc.)

B. Information Collected from Doctors / Clinics

• Name, specialization, and clinic details

• Registration / License details
• GST details (if applicable)

• With WhatsApp or SMS gateway providers for communication

• As long as the practitioner uses our CMS
